Yeah, look at Japan NOW, Nikkei about half of what it was in 1997 and Toyota begging for money- maybe nationalizing doesn't solve everything after all eh?

I think the way to go is to nationalize them and then sell them off in parts to other banks......I am referring to the big money center and regional banks. We're doing that already with the small banks that are failing. It will require a gov't holding company that holds the toxic assets until such time they are worth something.
