CJ, everyone was singing the same song. Everyone was thinking of more "creative" ways to increase home ownership. More home ownership means more people getting the American dream means higher real estate prices means more property taxes. It didn't have anything to do with the American dream. It was all about homebuilders, lenders and real estate people trying to get richer.
