nancy, u r right about Buffet. He blew it. I have not really followed Doug Kass's recommendations. Just was passing it on as I was surprised to hear he had turned bullish. What are u hearing about china? I m long small FXI right now and tomorrow we may get some news from china. As per your priv msg, I have also turned profits into loss. I guess I dont have strict disciplines. DO u just trade qqqq or individual stocks too? Most other stocks are really killed. Safehavens like ABt, celg, gild all have gone down a huge in last few days. Also take a look at CAT down more then 50% ytd. 46 to 23 in 2 months. I am surprised our stocks are holding up as well as they are. I was shocked w. Q4 gdp but what is news to us was proly known to market a long time ago and that is proly why s & p is at 70 and not at 140. Big guessing game. They say cd is Ceritficates of Death but has kept me a live. I bot some brokrage CD at (5%) and in 3-5 moths CD have appriciated 5%. Small trading portfolio keeps life intresting.
