Yes I think that is correct. But I must tell you that I am very disappointed in the performance of NeoPath's CEO at the recent analyst's teleconference. He came across very weak and really a jerk. I don't see this company getting anywhere fast as long as he remains CEO.

The Cowen analyst who some time back downgraded the stock asked a lot of questions which seemed to be aimed at getting some answers that would allow him to upgrade his recommendation. But the CEO and his underlings uniformly refused to provide any substantitive answers that could be construed as positive.

He was asked how NeoPath will ever become profitable and mumbled something about the real goal is to extend Pap smear testing to those women who aren't currently being tested. Perhaps he took this tact because he doesn't want to upset the cytotech community during the PMA review period but he really came across as having no clue as to how to build a profitable business.

I think NeoPath will eventually succeed in spite of this CEO but clearly it is a negative for the investment community. This man needs to be replaced with a competent CEO for this company to reach its full potential. Perhaps George Soros will bring some pressure on them to bring in competent management. I think they need help in the marketing area as that guy is a jerk also.

This company has some very valuable technology, but as business people they are really bad news.
