Good article, but its way too specific about how much extra economic growth there would be with smaller government.

And perhaps it oversells its case a bit, as much as I'm a supporter of small government (I wouldn't mind seeing it lower than the percentage they aim for) an extra 2.3% growth a year over 60 years is rather optimistic.
