Now let me clarify for you as it is tiresome being misunderstood. These are the facts of the case: There is no justice--not here...not anywhere. There is power. There are friends and connections. There is social esteem and friendship and of course there is money. These are all concrete things that either exist or do not. "Justice", on the othe hand, is simply the exercise of power. Is "justice" cutting off the hand of a "thief"?? That is for you or for somebody else to decide. Society is not about JUSTICE. It is about winning or losing. So always get the best lawyer you can afford. And if your culture has a strong God by all means carry her picture and mention her name. Even in Galt's gulch behavior was not prescribed it was proscribed to suit the values of the inhabitants. They were able to rescue Galt not because of justice being on their side but because of intelligence and guns being on their side. Justice is what the intelligent and the strong do to make their existence and coexistence comfortable and safe. edit:(it may or may not be "rational").
