Chuck Todd (NBC bureau chief) the other day called radio a dying media when talking about rt wing radio and particularly rush. He took a hit the next day. But i started thinking that Todd is on to something. Who listens to rt wing talk radio anyway? Not bloggers. Not young folks with brains. Its old white guys from the 50s whose time has long since passed. Its an audience of inodes who will eventually shrink as the medium dies. Sure you can find Hannity of Fox but ever there Fox will be required to compete for younger viewers and over time they will move to the center too because of demographics and the conservative/repub inablity to attract young folks in significant enough numbers.
