The truth is that there are huge costs of pollution and environmental costs that are being passed on to consumers in stealth mode.

Are pollution costs really that big? Considering we've done so much to deal with SO2, NO2, and particulate pollution, which used to be the cited problems with coal and etc. Does CO2 per se impose ANY costs on us? It likely is a net positive externality by increasing agricultural yields.
