In Florida? At a distress sale?

Just the same I want to call bs on that. $5k doesn't hardly cover the sewer connection or utilities cost, not to even mention the cost to put a road in place. Or the surveys. Or the preplanning costs.

$35-40sq ft building cost? Of materials maybe. Double that for labor. $80 sq ft with no contractor markup.
