I do not remember a Bush bill that was passed in the middle of the night. I do agree he created an environment of fear. He had a huge problem - he also had a Clinton CIA chief telling him WMDs were a "slam dunk". When the slam dunk was not there Bush was characterized as a liar.

We need to define the amount of government and then pay for it. Honestly define it and honestly pay for it. There is no change - there is more of the same.
