well, i just wonder how is it possible that hundreds (if not thousands, or even millions) of nuisance lawsuits clog the court system, and anyone with the slightest and usually idiotic claim send the target of the suit running for very expensive cover just to put up a defense....

how about this.... a sea of change would come and most probably a large reduction (if not elimination) of idiotic suits...

when it comes to lawyers fees, loser PAYS ALL fees....

i bet you the clogging up in courts across the nation would lighten up * all of a sudden *...

all the cockroaches, leeches, vampires, and other blood-sucking morons would think hard before using the court system for their self created lotto-tickets.

of course, one could even improve it by limiting "awards" so the true intent of the law would be accomplished and not cloud the intent given the possibility of striking rich .. just because..
