nancy, thanks for the info on GE. I had no idea what a timebomb it is. No wonder it's getting hammered like this. Few wks ago i heard on fast money that people were loading up on 5 strike puts so when it started to sink i figured it will find support in that area. Who knows..this could go below that. Any have i have 2011 leaps i will put gtc sell order on a snap back it will be gone. SLT (indian company ) is material company not IT company. Only reason i mentioned it cuz it's at cash price = stock price. With copper coming back it could get a boost/ buyout. I like brazil and china. I have some small ewz that I have ridden all the way down from top. 2x ETF .. i understand it has to be made up w. derivatatives how else they can give u that? So u r right over along term u loose. I did all those compares when Don was doing is 2x mutualfunds long time ago. U would not believe they have 3x etf now. Now they have options on these sso and qld. MIND boggling ways to get urself in trouble. i m only guilty of briefly once trading QID (2x short qqq) options but did not hold long. U know what I am going to cut down on my number of holdings and just stay w. few names. I dont even recognize some symbols in my options account. just too confusing. thanks again for GE input.
