Yeah, TDAmeritrade used to use Cannacord exclusively to execute their Canadian trades, and the markup was 1/2 to 1 cent a share. Now, they still use Cannacord, but also use E-Trade Canada and TD Securities as well. When they use TD Securities there is no markup. With E-Trade Canada I believe there is a markup.
