Bourgeois, you certainly called this one right. IMHO, Gury has lost all credibility with analysts. His January 1997 conf. call was all smoke and mirrors as were his timelines for approval of HBIG-IV. Whatever NABI did in its 1st ever investor conference last February was money down the drain. Since the merger with Univax, it has been one disapointment after another waiting for the company to turn itself around. The DLJ analyst who touted NABI at 14 and put it on the firm's recommended list today also downgraded to market performer and issued a 12 month price target of 6.5. Why bother issuing an earnings warning of such magnitude just days before releasing earnings? IMHO, this is one mismanaged company. I would expect a shareholder lawsuit to be filed against NABI as it sets new lows. The upcoming conf. call should probably be titled: How low will MABI go? That kind of guessing game will be of greater substance than the Gury and Fernandez nonsense. At what point buyers will step in is anybody's guess but I see $4 very possible. I sincerely regret starting this thread and encourage everyone to post only in the NABI--Trouble Ahead thread.
