thanks for the yahoo link, but its not picking up on much of the management sell downs. Since 23rd Jan bloomberg shows over 140k shares were sold by various management. That's alot of stock and all came when the share price was above $30.

This sell down coincides with IDCC being among the last tech name to report 4Q08 numbers. Not sure why it should be taking this long.
