Your point relies on the false idea that taxes where low during the Bush administration. If they where, you wouldn't have had nearly as much effort put in to avoidance and evasion.

I see.....because you and your rich friends didn't think taxes were low enough, its okay to hide your assets in a Swiss bank so that you don't have to pay any taxes at all. Are you a foreign national? You sure as hell don't sound like an American.
