Dr. Link,

Same store sales are still declining due to the poor quality of service. They've upgraded the food and menu but the poor services is driving the customers away in droves.
The double drive thru's in my area have been closed. The wait time is generally in excess of 20 - 25 minutes during the lunch periods. I'm begining to think their staff goes to lunch elsewhere at noon.
They need to upgrade and train the low caliber of people running these stores. Burger King and Krystals makes Checkers look like a bunch of amateurs operators.
I estimates that they are losing a minimum of 25% of ther sales due to customer dissatisfaction with the SLOW INEFFICENT SERVICE. During peak dining times their operations fall apart and their losing the majority of their sales. When you see the drive thru line 6 cars deep and it takes 25 minutes to get service you'll think twice before returning. People can't waste their entire lunch break sitting in line waiting on a fricken hamburger.
Yesterday I drove in to a Checkers and they forgot to put napkins in the bag. Did you ever attempt to eat one of those sloppy hamburgers without a napkin. This is what pisses people off. How much of a brain does it take to see that the order is complete.

Losing Patience
