Read the polls, any poll. The republicans are a smaller party than any time since the 1970s. More people have a negative view of the party. Young people, especially, have a negative view. The moderates and monied republicans from "the east" are leaving or sitting on their hands (and pocketbooks).

The Republicans are in deep, deep trouble. They have to rebrand and restructure.

As said a hundred times, you can't win a national election with just Alaska and the South. How to get more than that?

Or maybe they just don't care. Being the anti-government party is so much easier than actually governing. But where will the money come from to actually run future campaigns? Or causes? Not from Joe the Plumber.

Obama and the dems are running circles around the republicans right now. Rush has helped make it easy but claiming to be more than he is...and the republican ELECTED leadership won't correct him. The party gets smaller and how to win in the future?

It isn't by following Rush's methods.
