I think we are discovering that obama is a liberal at heart but a pragmatist by nature. JFK labeled himself an idealist without illusions. I think this fits this team's inner circle which includes gibbs, axelrod and emanuel. And even better they seem to have a sense a humor and are self deprecating to some degree. Markets continue to flop because they are sure that obama plan(s) cant work. These are the same folks who said buy, buy, buy at Dow 14K. It took reagan two years two turn things around and we may not see clear results until next year now but i remain hopeful.
