These guys have seen their first 5 programs fail, laid off half the company or more and then went ahead and gave top management retention bonuses as if they were valued commodities and companies are lining up to hire them. Just an arrogant, insensitive and unconcerned with shareholders management. If they do decide to fold, watch for a huge option grant just before. But I have to think they'd rather keep collecting their $1-2M/year in total compensation and take their chances on the stock turning around someday.

Note they're switching their focus to NCE's. What makes them think their failed concept for repurposed drugs would work with NCE's? Have they thrown in the towel on combinations?
