RE.FISA (which dates back to the Carter adm) - according to you the SC (which has reviewed the FISA courts powers), Congress (which created and established the FISA courts powers) and the FISA courts themselves are all a bunch of Gestapo agents.

The Wiretap Vindication
FISA sets the record straight.

For all the political hysteria and media dishonesty about George W. Bush "spying on Americans," this fight was never about anything other than staging an ideological raid on the President's war powers. Barack Obama ought to be thankful that the FISA court has knocked the bottom out of this gambit, just in time for him to take office.

Sorry, I reject the idea the Congress and Supreme Court are all manned by Gestapo agents. Thats the kind of over-the-top absurd charges you'd expect from someone brain-washed into accepting leftwing propaganda as truth.
