The second tsunami wave of mortgage failures has not yet arrived, this will come as a result of recent and future job losses... then we'll hear about commercial real estate failures, restaurants and clothing stores... this is only going to get lots worse before we see any recovery... not a pretty picture, stay short... will people go to Las Vegas and gamble? Probably not in this environment, expect Las Vegas hotel and casino failures down the road... GZ
