Charles,

Do you think that yesterday a lot of shorts began covering until the price went up to 2 3/4, and the block of 2.7 mil shares was "acquired" to fill these buy orders? This is a possible scenario because if Michael Price felt CTYS was too cheap to sell, it must be a good time to cover, isn't it? If so, there may be more shorting on the announcement of more bad news.
