uncle - very well stated. However, the English gift thing is illustrative of the lack of class - perhaps a better word.

Frankly, the huge "in your face" approach being taken will soon backlash. It will be shown to be a mistake.

Perhaps if you are right the game plan is to move as quickly as possible before the people wake up.

Ultimately a ruined economy will get them removed from office. Perhaps the bad policy is just dogma and not amateur hour thinking.
