OK, so we've erased 10 years of bubblicious gains in stocks and housing and we may still overshoot to the downside whenever we actually get to a fair valuation. Still, it isn't as if we were a poor country ten years ago. We're just not as rich as we thought we were and actually have to get back to work.

When this kind of thing is big, I figure we're going to be shopping again soon enough. We can only take so much of this stuff.
