SE Asia will have some effect on semiconductor industry just a minor in my opinion. Let look at Intel, and LSI Logic they both have fabs in Singapore or Malaysia, we should see less competition from Taiwan or S. Korea. I bet Texas Instr., AMD, Cypress and Micron will feel the heat, I don't think they have fab outside the US which will creat a tense competition.
