But to attribute the movement of the stock market purely on the basis of Obama policies being rolled out is for two reasons. 1. a lack of understanding of how the market works, or 2. a willful deception to try to fool the people and make an attempt to put the market in termoil hoping to sink the Obama administration. or 3. Both the above.
