(Contracts)

<<Finalizing contracts and press releases is not as easy or straightforward as you might think.>>

Andy, thanks for your comments. I had the feeling that more than just a press release was involved. I've been harboring the feeling that contracts were being reworded rather than dotting the i's and crossing the t's, and that a firm and binding contract was not yet in place, hence the long long delay in getting out the press releases. Listening to the CC, GS's statement , ( in response to Pat's question) "I have no idea what their (GTE's) specific plans are...when they find it in their best interests to announce, they will.", I got the feeling that they were over a barrel on this issue.

GS's other statement regarding possible expanded partnership relationships (including new acquisitions) that will be ultimately accretive also gave me pause, considering the present cash flow conditions of both AMTX and WSTL. Interested in us having more discussion on this statement,

All-in-all, I thought the CC expressed a young company with great potential but many hurdles yet to be overcome. We need to be patient and not overreact to our "wishful thinking" dissappointments. I'm remaining long.
(Anyone out their good with TA? What are the support levels at this point? I averaged up and am now looking to average (sob) down.

Regards,

Bernie
PS. Pat. You sounded great. even though it wasn't your real voice. :-)
