stock bull, << $20 bill with shipments >>

When working at T.I., it was common to fill orders at a loss to meet
customer agreements. The senerio goes: Antiquated process flows
needed shut down to upgrade fabs to modern technologies. Actually
SEG was an involved customer in one instance. The customer would
be notified of a one time buy opportunity prior to eliminating the process flow their chip was built under. Pretty much give aways.
Could SEG also be in this transition period, but with heavy commitments that totally blow their 1 quarter earnings? If so, expect
a big upside in their latest technology under development. It really
becomes a cost problem to produce a customers device, part, whatever, when a line is only 10% utilized to support a valued customer.
