They have some groundbreaking research and actual change of Skin cells in Toronto, using an agent which can then be removed from the mixture without any of the dangerous stuff done by the russians. They mixed cells frm many donors and used viruses to change them and could not remove the virus or determine compatibility of the cells to the patients they are used on beforehand, and are giving the whole process a bad rep. They are not very careful in their chain of procedures.
