In a few days, the quarterly sales figure will be available.

We are mostly interested about the company operations. If stores locally are doing well, then the stock price will hold or appreciate.

Technically, we can see the oversold and overbought situations on 1 minute interval intraday chart and can predict reasonably accurately how stock will move. Since, the 160,000 share volume was sold at $15 3/4 then we expect the buy back will be lower. It will go down a little more yet, except the quarterly report is due. So, it probably will drift until the earnings is called. Zacks called $0.08/share this quarter. I am calling $0.31+/share based on the results of last quarter. The store in Natick is just run better than last quarter. Lets all call some earnings and see who is the closest.

Paul, once you get used to how AMES stockholders work, you will be richer in experience in equity investments. Project your own earnings estimates and you will feel better about your own equity commitments.
