All I can do is repeat myself:

FISA was established by Congress and has been okayed by the Supreme Court. Why are you a greater expert on the constitution than they are? Should it be evident to me or anyone else that this guy mindmeld on the internet knows more the Supreme Court, both Republican and Democratic Congresses, and six Presidents (Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama) all of whom accept FISA as constitutional?

BTW try to remember Bush didn't create FISA. Carter did.
