I don't think Bush was at fault, but I do blame him for exacerbating the problem through his fiscal profligacy.

So.. Bush spending money exacerbates the problem, but Obama's unprecedented spending is supposed to solve it?

Doesn't sound very logical to me.. But then again I'm a pragmatist, not an liberal ideologue.
