These cowards usually act even when attacking a girl in collusion with another gang member. He likes to make others complicit in his actions to protect himself. The only way a little man like this can feel pumped up is by making everyone else feel little, guilty and small. These types of predators are attracted to the police force, priesthood and political parties. Only in uniform do they feel comfortable. Out of uniform they look lost and afraid.
