Randy, what are the Swiss going to do with the proceeds? Buy stocks? I don't think so. If the Swiss is liquidating a lot of Gold, that will have some effect on the liquidity of the equity markets. BTW, I have read a SI note which said that it was only a proposal to sell Gold which the Swiss Govt. declined. I differ from your view point on techs. They just got in to the slaughter house. You haven't seen nothing yet. You may find an interview with a hedge fund manager Flenkenstein (sp) in this week's Barron's. Like many tech bears, he doesn't get much respect from super bulls, but he exposes the fallasy in perma-bull thinking on tech-stocks. A must read whether you agree with him or not. Good luck! -Mohan
