From JS this morning: The following video fits in quite well with this market based educational initiative. To this video, I would only add markets must be transparent, and the rules of level playing field must be adhered to. To stop white collar crime all one needs to do is make it a capital offense. The way to make referees good regulators is to make deviations from duty a white collar crime. White collar criminals are the most devoted cowards. I know this because I know them.
