Here's a questions I would like the new Treasury Secretary to answer: Why have we (the American Taxpayer), been billed nearly $100 billion to rescue Citigroup from failure, when as president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, you were its primary supervisor and Robert Rubin sat on its board making 10 million dollars a year? Why were both of you unable to supervise Citigroup adequately enough to deal with overexposure to risk, bad investments and what have you learned since, that makes you qualified to manage this massive amount of taxpayer direct investment, because the value of Citigroup today, represents less than a tenth of our investment?
