The great majority of those that signed the petition are not on the list of the alleged top 1000 economists. I am not going to waste any more time on it. What the list clearly demonstrates is that the alleged top ranked economists are not likely to sign that petition. I couold easily make the argument that more than 95% of the alleged top ranked economists are opposed to signing the petition.
