I would be more concerned with "what if" scenarios. i.e. if an incident did happen where someone needed to take an extreme defensive measure, would a then possible prosecution lawyer shift through posts on SI, just to see what a defendant had written? What would the jury make of it??

I know we have free speech and everything, but there are times and subjects where it's best just to stfu -g-
