The ISDA is as much of a shill organization as the NAR. Anything that comes outta their pieholes is pretty much grade A prime bull$hit meant to keep the game going.

The financial world going forward would be better off if derivatives ceased to exist. Make the banks swallow their loans whole. More transparency and less risk for the system. If GS ceases to exist as a result, so be it.
