An interesting fit. Though, as discussed, it COULD be that a future acquisition could have WSTL as the acquired.

With the competition that LU is intending to give TXN with their 16000 family of DSPs (currently less power and eventually better speed), maybe a LU/WSTL/Netspeed combo would offer ALA some formidable competition.

You just KNOW that every reasonable partnership variation has been considered by the current and intended players.
