We have a problem. A growing one. International trade is falling at its highest rate in 80 years. That includes the years of the Smoot-Hawley tariff and the tariff wars that really put the 'Great' in the Great Depression.

Standing back and not doing anything, while an option, isn't exactly a smart one.

"Forcing the country into a "cap-n-trade" system to address a problem that goes well beyond CO2 emissions is "pragmatic" to you?"

Yawn. Yeah, cap and trade is pretty pragmatic. It works.

"Playing the Rush Limbaugh card over and over again to distract the public is "pragmatic" to you?"

Yawn again. Politicians playing political games is, unfortunately, part of the system.
