Ted, the fact that the government tilts things against the wealthy in general (while helping out some specific politically connected rich special interests), is simple objective fact.

Look at the tax rates, look at EITC, look at the way benefits are cut out. All the rules the government has are either neutral as far as income, or set up to favor those with lower income.

I repeat.....why do you care about the rich? After all, they have accountants, attorneys and Swiss bank accounts to protect their money. What is your motivation? Are you rich?
