If we are paying too much it is because too much money goes to lawyers. There are two ways to protect the public with health care; letting the lawyers keep them honest or regulation. Would you rather have regulation? Or perhaps you would like your doctor to perform operations on you in the very cheapest way possible? You know, unregulated like the mortgage industry? "Fogging a mirror" takes on a whole new meaning here. steve
