yup, the spacecraft factory.
The valley has its own weird bubble economy so I always try to exclude it when looking for US economic truth data. Valley economics seem a better representation of global trends than US economy. The Asian meltdown is going to hit us hard, maybe worse than the rest of the country. I'd guess the mass layoffs will start showing up in the papers in a week or two. We haven't seen that in a few years.
