Add to that the fact that an unemployed spouse can qualify for a similar amount -- you're talking 58K, and a person can easily own a decent house and a couple of decent cars on 58K and still have money left to party on the weekends. Find me a family of 3 making $58K in unemployment benefits in Arkansas. Just one.
