People need to be scared. We don't know what to do with our banks. Some are insolvent. Others are so mired in toxic assets its unclear what their capital needs are. People don't need to be scared. The banks that made bad decisions just need to fail. We've done everything possible to stop it. They'll either dry up and blow away or they'll come back stronger.
