I agree. It's been mentioned by me and others. I expect some small biotechnology companies that have some good pipelines. They can be bought on the cheap as new funding is a lot harder these days. Also, IMO shareholder resistance from a quick premium would be a lot less. A recent Forbes Pharma merger article. forbes.com
