Yes he said "I want him to fail". But he didn't say "I want the economy to fall apart" (which would be the equivalent of "I want us to lose in Iraq"). Guess what, I want him to fail as well. I don't want most of Obama's policies to go in to effect. Is that the same thing Rush thinks? Probably IMO, but I have no real way to know. I doubt he's actually cheerleading for a depression, in order to possibly gain partisan advantage.
