Obama's time in office is no defense of his actions during that time. If Bush had launched an attack on N. Korea after three weeks in office, would there have been people saying, "Oh come on, give him a chance, give him some time..."? Not a chance, because some actions are wrong on their face and do not require a lot of time in office to assess.

Many people believe Obama has launched an attack on the economy with the mostly phony stimulus plan and an instant doubling of Bush's massive deficit. Many think he's launched an attack on integrity by nominating a series of tax cheats to his cabinet, violating his no lobbyist pledge and breaking his legislation transparency pledge.

I know it's early, but he's already earned the criticism he's getting.
